Return Policy

We offer returns within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and unworn
• Unwashed
• In its original condition
• With all original tags attached
• Returned in its original packaging

Returns will not be accepted if the product:

• Has been washed or worn
• Has perfume, deodorant, stains, or odours
• Has been altered or damaged after delivery
• Is missing original tags or packaging

Once your return request is approved, our team will provide further instructions for the return process.

Exchange Policy

Ordered the wrong size? We've got you covered.

We offer one complimentary size exchange for eligible products, subject to stock availability.

You may also exchange your item for:

• Another design
• Another colour (if available)
• A higher-priced product by paying only the price difference

If the requested size or design is unavailable, our support team will help you find the best alternative.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

After we receive your returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred via Bank Transfer or UPI after verification

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item delivered by us.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged item
• A defective product
• An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your Order Number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the package (if damaged)

After verification, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Products purchased during clearance or final sale (unless defective)
• Gift cards
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
• Items returned without original tags or packaging

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return or exchange after delivery if the product meets our eligibility criteria.

Product Care

To keep your B&W DRIP oversized tee looking its best:

• Wash inside out with similar colours
• Machine wash cold using mild detergent
• Do not bleach
• Do not soak for long periods
• Tumble dry on low heat or line dry naturally
• Iron inside out on low to medium heat
• Do not iron directly on printed artwork

Proper care helps preserve the fabric, print quality, and overall fit.

• Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
• Fabric weight may vary within standard industry tolerance (±5%).
• Measurements in the size guide refer to garment dimensions.
• Every graphic placement is individually produced, making each piece subtly unique.
