This website, bwdrip.com, is operated by B&W DRIP ("we", "us" and "our"). These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from our store. Please read them before placing an order. Our store is hosted on Shopify.
Using our store
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract, or use our store under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information and not to use our website for unlawful purposes, fraud or activities that interfere with its operation.
Products and pricing
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees (INR). Applicable shipping charges and taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment. Product availability may change. We aim to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours may vary with screen settings and lighting. Please check the product details and size guide before ordering.
Orders and payments
Orders are subject to payment verification and stock availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, or identify an error affecting it, we will contact you to explain the issue and arrange an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund of any amount paid for the cancelled order. We will not charge a revised price without your agreement. Payment options available for your order are shown at checkout.
Processing and delivery
Our stated order processing time is 24–48 hours. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days for metro cities and 4–7 business days for other locations. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Tracking details are shared by email and SMS after dispatch. If a delay or delivery issue occurs, please contact our support team.
Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. After dispatch, eligible items may be returned or exchanged under our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging. We offer one complimentary size exchange, subject to availability. Other exchanges and any price differences are handled as described in our refund policy.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Prepaid refunds are credited to the original payment method. COD refunds are transferred by bank transfer or UPI after verification. Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless we delivered a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
Please report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear product and package photos so we can investigate promptly. Our policy exclusions include clearance or final-sale items unless defective, gift cards, and items damaged through misuse. These terms and timeframes do not limit rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Our branding, product artwork and website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party names and content remain the property of their respective owners.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, available on our website. Do not send passwords, payment PINs or one-time passwords to our support team.
Responsibility and consumer rights
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but occasional errors or interruptions may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on our website. Updates apply prospectively and do not change the terms of orders already placed. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections or your right to approach a competent consumer forum.
